This Privacy Policy explains how Decode AI - Chat Analyzer (the “Application” or “App”) may collect, use, store, and share information when you use our mobile application. The Application is offered as a freemium service and is developed by Yasin Sahin (the “Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

Decode AI is designed to help you analyze chat-related text and receive AI-generated insights and reply suggestions. The following summary describes our general practices; later sections provide more detail.

| Chat content | Text may be extracted on your device from screenshots (OCR) or entered manually. Text needed for analysis is transmitted to our proxy service and forwarded to an AI provider to generate results. Before the first analysis, the Application asks for your permission in-app and explains what data is sent and which third parties receive it. |
| Service Provider servers | We do not operate a user-account database for storing your chats. Our proxy is not designed to persist chat content in a long-term user database controlled by us. Third-party providers may process data under their own policies. |

The Application may be downloaded without charge. Without an active subscription, you may be able to run a limited number of successful analyses per app installation (currently 3). An “analysis” includes processing chat text whether it comes from a screenshot you select or text you paste manually. This limit is tracked on your device and is generally not linked to a user account on our systems.
We may adjust free-tier limits in future versions of the Application.
Premium features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or other in-app purchases available on your platform (for example, the Apple App Store on iOS).
