These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Decode AI - Chat Analyzer (the “Application” or “App”), a mobile application made available by Yasin Sahin (the “Service Provider,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) as a freemium service.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Application.

1. Description of the service

Decode AI is intended to help you analyze chat-related text (from screenshots you select or text you paste) and to provide relationship-style insights, scores, and AI-generated reply suggestions.

The Application is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. It is not professional psychological, legal, medical, or relationship counseling. You are solely responsible for how you use any output in real-world communications.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 13 years of age, or the minimum age required to use similar applications in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Application.

The Application does not require account registration to access core features in its current implementation.

3. Freemium model

3.1 Free tier

The Application may be downloaded without an upfront purchase. Without an active paid subscription, you may be able to use a limited number of successful analyses per app installation (currently 3).

For purposes of these Terms, an “analysis” means processing chat text—whether obtained from a screenshot or manual text entry—through the Application’s analysis flow. This limit is enforced on your device and is generally not linked to a user account on our systems.

We may change free-tier limits, feature availability, or eligibility rules in future versions.
