This privacy policy applies to the Fax from Phone: Scan & Sign app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Yasin Sahin (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Freemium service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application offers free access to basic functionality; however, core features such as sending and receiving faxes require an active premium subscription.
